I am the CTO and Operational Delivery Director for The Transport and Mobility (T&M) pillar within Worldline which provides transport and retail related services to customers within the UK, France and Austria. Leading and managing the CTO, infrastructure and operational delivery office teams, setting technical strategy, assuring solutions from bid through delivery and into operational running, including the provision of on premise and cloud services infrastructure, along with operational governance of projects and service delivery and T&M business enablement functions.
